We ship internationally. Shipping charges for international orders will be based upon the weight of the order and the destination. To calculate your shipping charges enter desired item(s) in the shopping cart, select checkout, International Customers, fill in the appropriate information and your shipping charges will show up. All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. You have your choice of Priority International which can take 6-10 days to arrive once your order has shipped but this is not guaranteed by USPS or Express Mail International which can take 5-7 days to arrive once shipped and this service is guaranteed by USPS.

Returns/exchanges 14-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE We stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. All returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Returned garments must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant smell or stains, pet hair, and not worn or used condition. Any items returned that are not in this condition will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. In addition a 15% restocking fee may apply. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must include a Return Merchandize Authorization. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted or eligible for a refund, return or exchange. Any package that is refused and sent back is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This also includes packages where multiple delivery attempts are made and sent back to us as undeliverable. Returns must be received within seven to ten business days after a RMA number is issued. Returns received after that time will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will only be issued store credit. All credits are processed within one to two weeks from when we receive your return. Credits are posted to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. All international sales are final. State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size, and color. For the health and safety of our employees, returns of worn items will not be accepted. All intimate wear sales including all lingerie are final and not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect item from the manufacturer. Items marked with free shipping are only valid in the continental United States, AK, HI and all international orders are not eligible for free shipping. You will be contacted via email to arrange shipping charges.
Return Instructions: Please email customerservice@cherished-woman.com for a Return Authorization Number and state the reason for your return. You must include the RMA number with your return. Merchandise without a RMA number will not be accepted.
